What you will do

• Define and execute the technical strategy and roadmap for the Marketplace Inventory Supply domain.
• Directly manage 3+ Engineering Teams, including Engineering Leads and Senior Engineers.
• Lead the quarterly planning process, translating business objectives into engineering goals.
• Oversee the engineering lifecycle for partner integrations and property data ingestion/transformation.
• Drive architectural excellence and make key technology decisions for high-volume platforms.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Champion best practices in software development, including code quality, testing, CI/CD, and monitoring.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for external partners.

Requirements

• Extensive leadership experience managing engineering teams, ideally in a high-traffic, data-intensive marketplace or e-commerce environment.
• Technical expertise in one or more areas of the tech stack (e.g., PHP Symfony, .NET C#, distributed systems, high-volume data processing with Kafka/RabbitMQ, or large-scale databases like MariaDB/Snowflake/ElasticSearch).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working with product managers and business teams to translate requirements into technical roadmaps.
• Demonstrated ability to foster a culture of technical excellence, mentorship, and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP), and modern monitoring and observability practices.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
