What you will do
- Execute Germany’s contribution to the B2B Expansion Roadmap.
- Lead the execution of the Channel Activity Masterplan (CAMP) across all B2B channels.
- Translate portfolio priorities into clear NOI targets, distribution targets, and sales cycle focus.
- Track execution versus plan and proactively close performance gaps.
- Ensure strong execution of Sales Fundamentals, including assortment, pricing, promotion, and merchandising.
- Manage daily B2B business performance against defined targets.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in FMCG, ideally within food, beverage, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong track record across marketing and sales roles with a clear commercial mindset.
- Combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution strength.
- Communicate confidently and manage stakeholders effectively across functions.
- Demonstrate a high level of ownership and a strong drive for results.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Willingness to travel approximately 60 percent of your time within Germany.
