Location: Primarily based in San Francisco, CA or the West Coast Enterprise territory, with a prioritized hybrid work environment. Remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, provided they are a U.S. person. Quarterly team gatherings and in-person onboarding are required.
Salary: $130,000 to $160,000 USD

What you will do
- Drive new business and expand accounts within the San Francisco / West Coast Enterprise territory.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with regional and industry needs.
- Generate pipeline focused on defined top target accounts and sub-sectors.
- Collaborate with technology ecosystem and alliance partners for new opportunity discovery.
- Manage opportunities through the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry to forecasted pipeline.
- Meet quarterly and annual revenue objectives and report progress via CRM.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales/account management, with a minimum of 7 years of direct Enterprise selling experience.
- Proven track record of success in closing business.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, financial, and organizational capabilities.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work at both a tactical and strategic level with a self-starter mentality.
- Experience selling developer tools, technical platforms, or observability tools to builders (developers, engineering, platform, DevOps, data, AI/ML).
- Must be a U.S. person (U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) to comply with U.S. Government export control regulations.
