About the Role We’re looking for someone genuinely technical -a hands-on CRM specialist who has personally built, configured, and launched automated campaigns and communication systems from scratch. This is not a coordination role. We need someone who knows how things work behind the scenes and can confidently explain how they set everything up step by step. If you’ve actually implemented WABA , email, SMS, CDP platforms, workflows, bots, segmentation, and integrations yourself - you’ll feel right at home here. Technical depth matters most; the rest can be learned. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll design and execute automated multi-channel communication journeys that strengthen customer engagement, nurture leads, and improve retention. In this role, you will:

• Build and launch automated campaigns inside CDP platforms (Maestra or similar)
• Create WhatsApp and email campaigns including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis
• Manage integrations with platforms such as 360Dialog, Infobip, and similar tools
• Handle domain and number warm-up processes to maintain strong deliverability
• Develop message flows, customer journeys, and automated scenarios for campaigns and projects
• Track performance metrics and continuously optimise funnels to improve engagement and conversions

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with CDP platforms (Maestra, HubSpot, Emarsys, Iterable, or similar)
• Strong hands-on experience with WhatsApp and email marketing systems
• Familiarity with communication platforms such as 360Dialog or Infobip
• Analytical mindset with strong organisational skills
• Attention to detail paired with creativity
• Fluent Russian and English (written and spoken)
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving international environment
