What you will do

• Lead and manage a marketing team, overseeing recruitment, development, and retention efforts.
• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for a portfolio of brands, events, and subscription products.
• Design and implement targeted campaigns for customer acquisition, growth, and retention across key audience segments.
• Partner with Product and Events teams for new product development launch programs.
• Manage budget planning, financial management, and optimize marketing technology tools like Marketo and CRM.
• Analyze market data and performance reports to identify growth opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.S. or B.A.).
• Proven experience in Marketing leadership roles within B2B events and information (subscription) products.
• Proven experience in leading and managing teams effectively.
• Skilled in developing and executing strategic plans for portfolio management.
• Strong project management capabilities and excellent communication skills.
• Data-driven with a strong understanding of segmentation, analysis, and ROI.
