TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (Fintech): Driving new business revenue within the U.S. enterprise segment with an accent on identifying, developing, and closing complex, high-value sales opportunities. Location: Remote (US only, candidate must live in Northeast United States territory)

Salary: $150,000–$160,000 USD base, with OTE $300,000–$350,000 USD.

What you will do

  • Drive new logo acquisition within assigned U.S. enterprise territory.
  • Manage complex sales cycles involving senior finance and IT stakeholders.
  • Conduct consultative discovery and align solutions to measurable financial outcomes.
  • Develop strategic account plans and lead solution presentations.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering to deliver compelling product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts and consistently achieve annual revenue quota.

Requirements

  • Must live in Northeast United States territory.
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS or software sales, preferably within finance, ERP, procurement, or AP automation solutions.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota in complex enterprise sales environments.
  • Experience selling into large U.S.-based organizations with long sales cycles (6–12+ months).
  • Demonstrated success selling to senior finance executives (CFO, VP Finance, Controller).
  • Strong understanding of enterprise buying processes, procurement cycles, and contract negotiation.
  • Excellent executive presence, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline management and forecasting.
