What you will do
- Provide pre-sales technical support to prospective customers for hirify.global products.
- Investigate and document technical issues, communicating findings to development teams or clients.
- Gather detailed technical requirements from prospective customers.
- Help create brand awareness for hirify.global products within the assigned territory/region.
- Address technical issues that may impede the closing of sales opportunities.
- Work alongside the Sales team to implement and manage technical proof-of-concepts (POCs).
Requirements
- 2-year or technical degree preferred.
- Experience with Gmail, Google Docs, MS Office (Word and Excel), and web browsers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized and result-oriented with excellent time management skills.
- Demonstrated technical troubleshooting and analysis ability.
- Demonstrated integrity, accountability, respect, and commitment.
- Strong collaborative and teamwork skills, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must submit your resume in English.
