What you will do
- Make a high volume of outbound calls each week.
- Pitch the product to prospective customers through cold outreach.
- Qualify leads and book meetings for Account Executives.
- Handle objections confidently and adapt messaging on the fly.
- Track outreach and outcomes accurately in Salesforce.
- Refine messaging based on the signals from customer conversations.
Requirements
- Strong spoken English and comfort on live calls.
- Resilience and consistency in the face of rejection.
- Willingness to learn, iterate, and work in an experimental environment.
- Reliable internet and a quiet working setup suitable for frequent calls.
Nice to have
- 1–3 years in outbound sales or high-volume calling roles preferred.
- Experience selling SaaS or B2B products.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Experience working remotely or with distributed teams.
