What you will do
- Manage the sales process from initial conversation to close for SMB accounts (1-200 employees).
- Negotiate and manage a high volume of monthly renewals (~10) within your book of business.
- Manage a pipeline of inbound inquiries, taking 5+ meetings daily and running 25+ meetings weekly.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas consistently.
- Identify top expansion opportunities and at-risk accounts through a tiered approach.
- Communicate with Director-level contacts in sales, marketing, and RevOps departments.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience owning a large book of existing accounts (~500+ accounts) within the SMB segment (<200 employees).
- Proven track record of consistently meeting targets for a minimum of 3 trailing quarters.
- Strong consultative selling skills and experience with sales processes.
- Ability to communicate, present to, and influence key stakeholders across technical and non-technical roles.
- Adaptable and capable of quickly learning new technologies and assessing situations.
- Must be willing to be in office 3 days per week in Austin, USA.
