Location: Remote (United States)

Salary: $166,000–$255,500 annually

What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive affiliate activation strategies to boost engagement, revenue contribution, and retention.
• Design and optimize structured onboarding journeys and enablement programs for new affiliates.
• Drive campaigns and incentive programs to increase affiliate participation and output.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Revenue, Product, and Customer Success teams.
• Own reporting on activation metrics, using data to refine strategies and forecast revenue contributions.
• Build, mentor, and scale an Affiliate Activation team, establishing clear goals and development plans.

Requirements

• Proven ability to design and execute partner activation strategies that drive measurable revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing models, partner ecosystems, and SaaS revenue dynamics.
• 12+ years of total experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, revenue growth, or related GTM roles.
• 5+ years in a leadership or strategic program ownership role.
• Strong project and program management capabilities, with experience building scalable systems and workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable strategic decisions and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
