What you will do
- Act as the functional AI Product Owner for the global marketing organization, defining user stories and requirements for new AI agents.
- Drive KPI alignment and establish value realization frameworks for AI initiatives, presenting quarterly business reviews to the CMO and CIO.
- Govern the "Source of Truth" (Markdown/Data files) powering internal marketing AI agents, ensuring semantic integrity and brand consistency.
- Partner with VP-level stakeholders to re-engineer complex workflows into "Human-in-the-Loop" agentic workflows.
- Lead the cultural shift towards an "AI-First" marketing organization by designing enablement programs and fostering a "Builder" culture.
- Partner with Creative and Digital teams to execute "Agentic" campaigns, accelerating content production using AI tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in B2B / SaaS Marketing, with significant experience in Marketing Operations, Digital Transformation, or Product Strategy.
- Proven ability to manage a complex product roadmap, prioritize based on ROI, and define clear "Definition of Done" criteria.
- Demonstrated ability to influence C-level and VP-level stakeholders and steer leadership toward high-impact structural changes.
- Experience quantifying the value of internal projects and presenting metrics to leadership.
- Ability to design complex "System Architectures" for AI agents and understand strategic differences between models and context windows.
- Comfort working with structured data formats (Markdown, JSON, CSV) and understanding API connectivity.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives or technology rollouts across a global function.
- Experience managing documentation and "Sources of Truth" (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, or GitHub repositories).
Nice to have
- Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms (Marketo) and data flow between CRMs and Marketing tools.
- Basic familiarity with Python or low-code automation tools (Zapier, Make).
- Experience in Knowledge Management or Information Architecture.
