What you will do

  • Create and implement strategic marketing initiatives across performance, events, social media, and product marketing.

  • Manage marketing budgets and optimize existing marketing channels based on data.
  • Provide strategic guidance and leadership for business growth.
  • Build and lead a successful marketing team reflecting company values.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience, preferably in SaaS marketing or a marketing agency.
  • Strong recruitment, training, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing strategies and best practices.
  • Capacity to manage global teams and complex projects seamlessly.
  • Ability to analyze data and information for key decisions.
  • Strong in audience and marketing research.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
