Account Strategist (Sales/Marketing): Advising and educating new clients on effective strategies and developing strategic partnerships leveraging the hirify.global Commerce Growth platform with an accent on identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). Focus on consistently meeting targets, delivering exceptional client experiences, and continuously improving strategy performance through innovation and optimization.

What you will do

  • Advise and educate new clients on effective business strategies and develop strategic partnerships with hirify.global.
  • Leverage the hirify.global Commerce Growth platform to help clients implement optimal strategies.
  • Support the DACH sales team by engaging with and showcasing strategies for potential high-value clients.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within a large client portfolio to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Ensure a quarterly increase in the adoption of hirify.global solutions while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Meet targets, deliver exceptional client experiences, and continuously improve strategy performance through innovation and optimization.

Requirements

  • Proficient in German and English.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in account management.
  • Experienced in display advertising, performance marketing, and full-funnel strategy initiatives.
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Comfortable with client calls/video meetings and adept at pitching strategic solutions over the phone.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities, stakeholders, and topics simultaneously.
