What you will do
- Build the foundation by mapping out the DACH finance landscape using modern sales tools and AI.
- Master multi-channel outreach campaigns (Email, Phone, LinkedIn) to spark interest from CFOs and Finance Managers.
- Qualify opportunities by identifying business pain points and determining company fit for hirify.global.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to book discovery meetings and ensure seamless handoffs.
- Provide market intelligence feedback to help shape localised messaging for the German market.
- Represent hirify.global as the first professional point of contact for German prospects, building trust.
Requirements
- Current student enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally studying finance or business.
- Available for a minimum of 6 months (Madrid-based).
- Native German is a must, with a deep understanding of the culture and society of German-speaking countries (DACH).
- Professional fluency in English (internal working language).
- Possess resilience to keep pushing in a fast-paced environment.
- Curiosity to understand how a €15M Series A startup scales.
- Coachability and a desire to learn from industry experts.
- Strong communication skills for writing compelling messages and holding confident conversations.
