What you will do

• Lead end-to-end hiring for diverse roles including Sales, Marketing, SEs, and Product.
• Proactively source and nurture passive talent in Observability and Cloud ecosystems.
• Partner strategically with leadership on headcount planning and organizational design.
• Implement structured, data-driven hiring processes ensuring fairness and efficiency.
• Maintain high data integrity in Ashby ATS and optimize sourcing strategies.
• Coordinate hiring workflows across North America and Europe, supporting US stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be located on-site in New York, United States.
• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth B2B tech/SaaS environments.
• Proficiency with Ashby ATS is required.
• Experience working across North America and Europe time zones.
• Strong proactive sourcing and coordination skills.
• Consultative approach with data-backed hiring insights.
