TL;DR
Accelerate Sales Internship (SaaS): Joining the sales team to work with leaders and team members across several sales groups, with an accent on pipeline generation and real-world sales processes. Focus on developing communication, problem-solving, and team-oriented skills in a SaaS environment.
Location: Hybrid in Madrid, Spain. This internship is only open to undergraduate students currently enrolled at I.E. university.

What you will do
- Complete Intern Ignite and Enablement programs.
- Execute two group projects with other interns and sales leaders, presenting readouts for each.
- Participate in a Prospecting Project to generate pipeline for real accounts.
- Engage in an AI Role Play competition to enhance sales skills.
- Shadow a Product Account Manager to understand the full-time role.
- Attend intern events including volunteer activities, Lunch & Learns, Networking Dinners, and Team-Building Activities.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student at I.E. university.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, gathering insights and guiding groups.
- Proactive mindset, showing initiative and anticipating needs.
- Determined approach, exploring multiple avenues to achieve outcomes.
- Team-oriented, capable of working effectively in groups and contributing individually.
