What you will do
- Proactively manage a high-volume pipeline of qualified leads and prospects.
- Deliver high-impact visual presentations and product demonstrations via Google Meet.
- Educate clients on the value of professional accounting and tax services through a consultative sales approach.
- Strategically manage client relationships and provide exceptional follow-up to advance the sales cycle.
- Master the CRM system and other sales tools to efficiently manage your pipeline.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must reside in one of the approved states: AL, AZ, CT, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, MD, MN, MO, NJ, NY, NC, OR, PA, TN, TX, UT, WA.
- 2-4 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Expert communication skills for building trust and rapport with clients via phone and video calls.
- Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with excellent time management skills.
- Comfortable and adaptable with new technology to enhance workflow and client interactions.
- Personal equipment: Quad-Core CPU, minimum 8 GB RAM (16GB preferred), minimum 25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload internet, Windows or Mac OS (no Linux), second monitor, webcam, headset.
- Designated home office required to prevent being overheard during sensitive discussions.
