TL;DR

Salary: Fixed salary (based on the results of the interview) + motivating bonus system.

What you will do

  • Research target accounts and decision-makers to build a high-quality outbound pipeline in HubSpot CRM.
  • Identify and approach potential clients via personalized LinkedIn and email outreach.
  • Qualify leads, focusing on lead quality over volume.
  • Manage follow-ups and keep conversations moving forward.
  • Book and coordinate meetings for the Sales team.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to align on ICP, messaging, and outreach approach.
  • Continuously improve outreach quality based on feedback and results.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in outbound sales / BDR / SDR / lead generation roles.
  • Hands-on experience in IT services / outsourcing companies (product-only background is not a fit).
  • Proven experience with personalized outreach, not only automated campaigns.
  • Understanding of B2B sales processes and decision-makers in IT.
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher with confidence in written and spoken communication.
  • Experience with prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools, and CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus).
  • Strong written communication skills for clear, relevant, and personalized messages.
  • Self-organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

  • Experience working with markets like US, or other similar sales cultures.
