What you will do

• Handle inbound/outbound affiliate-related support issues for the Hawaii market via emails and phone calls, using ZenDesk.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of affiliate features, associated processes, and the unique Hawaii market.
• Implement and maintain technical components for clients to set up with new and existing reselling partners.
• Serve as an expert and liaison for hirify.global clients and their individual affiliate partners, educating them on beneficial software features.
• Develop professional long-term business relationships with affiliate accounts.
• Travel to visit local clients to troubleshoot as needed and contribute to hirify.global's help documentation.
