Channel Specialist (Traveltech): Manages partner channels and affiliate programs for a reservation software company with an accent on building and maintaining affiliate setups and streamlining booking processes. Location: Hybrid in Honolulu, Hawaii, United States. Must be authorized to work in the United States and be local to Hawaii.
Salary: $42,642-$63,963 USD, plus 10% bonus potential

What you will do
- Handle inbound/outbound affiliate-related support issues for the Hawaii market via emails and phone calls, using ZenDesk.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of affiliate features, associated processes, and the unique Hawaii market.
- Implement and maintain technical components for clients to set up with new and existing reselling partners.
- Serve as an expert and liaison for clients and their individual affiliate partners, educating them on beneficial software features.
- Develop professional long-term business relationships with affiliate accounts.
- Travel to visit local clients to troubleshoot as needed and contribute to 's help documentation.
Requirements
- Precise and detail-oriented, with a natural sense of urgency and commitment to best-in-class customer/technical support.
- Comfortable with new technology, possessing effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to be positive, highly adaptive, embrace change, and operate effectively as a team member.
- Passion for learning and an interest in the Travel/Tourism industry.
- Local to Hawaii and authorized to work in the United States for this position.
