What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of 3–5 engineers, supporting their growth and delivery.
- Contribute hands-on to design, implementation, code reviews, deployment, and monitoring.
- Own and evolve the Retail Media External API platform, building shared libraries, SDKs, and tooling.
- Define and drive the technical roadmap, addressing technical debt and strengthening reusable platform capabilities.
- Partner with Product and domain teams to shape requirements and roadmap, ensuring effective API exposure.
- Lead the shift to a federated API model by coaching teams on best practices and establishing design and review standards.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software development experience.
- Experience in managing a software development team, providing regular feedback, mentorship or coaching.
- Rock-solid foundation in Computer Science (data structures, algorithms, software design).
- Experience with architecting, developing, and extending large and complex systems.
- Demonstrated track record of taking the initiative and acting as a technical lead.
- Strong communication skills and experience working with product owners to understand and implement business requirements.
