Salary: $60,000 – $73,000 annually, depending on experience

NALCAB is a national intermediary with a network of 200+ member CDFls and nonprofit organizations that serve Latino communities across the US, DC, and Puerto Rico.

What you will do

• Lead the implementation, management, and optimization of NALCAB’s CRM and enterprise data management systems.
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards, performance metrics, and data visualizations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize evaluation methodologies and improve data quality.
• Provide technical assistance, track organizational outputs and outcomes, and support resource development.
• Foster a culture of data-driven learning by training staff on data literacy and monitoring and evaluation practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with 3+ years in data analysis, program evaluation, and community economic development.
• Solid technical expertise in CRM and evaluation database systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
• Proven ability to design and implement evaluation frameworks and track program outcomes.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Willing to travel up to 10%.
