What you will do

• Respond to platform inquiries and transactional support requests with urgency and adherence to SLAs.
• Perform order entry and validate the accuracy of all incoming requests.
• Support internal users and business partners in the adoption and navigation of the Xvantage platform.
• Maintain data integrity by auditing transactions and validating records across systems.
• Optimize workflows and streamline business processes to improve platform efficiency.
• Generate data quality reports and dashboards to analyze trends and provide business insights.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant functional experience with an Associate degree, or 5 years with a High School Diploma.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to review data and provide recommendations.
• Excellent organizational skills and experience in professional customer service.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
