Location: Remote (United States)

Salary: $75,000 to $90,000 base, $150,000 to $180,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Identify new business opportunities and close deals in hirify.global's Mid-Market accounts.
  • Engage with senior-level executives to develop positive relationships and identify prospect needs.
  • Turn client feedback into strategies to drive hirify.global Source opportunities.
  • Work with pre-sales solution engineering and product development teams for seamless implementation and product market fit.
  • Collaborate across internal teams and with channel partners to drive sales opportunities.
  • Cultivate pipeline by working cross-functionally with demand generation and marketing teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Strong sales/client origination experience, preferably with CMS experience.
  • Experience negotiating large strategic deals and managing client development.
  • Experience in a start-up, fast-paced technology environment.
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS business model.
  • Confident presentation skills and ability to articulate a value proposition to C-suite customers.
