What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of hirify.global’s clients, building deep and positive relationships.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase client engagement and revenue, identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Leverage AI-powered tools and analytics to gain actionable insights and continuously optimize campaigns for clients.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to advocate for client needs and drive product improvements.
- Track key success metrics (ROI, conversion, growth rates) for clients, report on outcomes, and proactively address issues.
