What you will do

• Lead Workday implementation, especially time tracking and payroll modules.
• Implement multiple Workday modules for the client.
• Address current issues in ADP and various timekeeping tools.

Requirements

• Strong experience implementing Workday.
• Experience migrating from ADP to Workday.
• Experience implementing timekeeping systems (Workday, TCP).
• Strong combination of both technical and business acumen.
• Strong work ethics, collaboration, and adaptability to changing situations.
• Ability to communicate effectively at executive and front-line levels.
• Strong organizational change management skills.
• Must be eligible for a W-2 contract, implying US work authorization.
