What you will do
- Lead high-impact operational initiatives that support growth, scalability, and organizational efficiency.
- Partner cross-functionally to align Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success operations for seamless lead-to-revenue processes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to Sales leadership by providing data-driven insights that inform forecasting and revenue growth.
- Maintain pipeline accuracy and visibility across new business, expansion, and renewal opportunities.
- Own data integrity within Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) including accounts, contacts, and opportunities.
- Develop and enforce data standards, validation processes, and best practices across the organization.
Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations.
- Advanced Salesforce expertise (configuration, reporting, dashboards).
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets with experience handling complex datasets.
- Demonstrated experience conducting pipeline and sales performance analysis.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and present insights to senior leadership.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
