TL;DR

Analyst, Sales Operations (Fintech): Supporting hirify.global’s commercial engine across the full sales lifecycle with an accent on contract execution, sales funnel support, post-sale change management, and CRM data hygiene. Focus on resolving contract-related issues, unblocking deals, and maintaining high-quality data for decision-making.

Location: Hybrid in-office operation in New York, Austin, King of Prussia, or Phoenix.

Salary: $60,000–$75,000 base

What you will do

  • Act as a primary point of support for contract generation, review coordination, and execution tracking.
  • Support active opportunities by resolving data gaps, routing issues, and process blockers.
  • Manage post-sale changes such as amendments, pricing updates, and account structure updates.
  • Perform regular and ad-hoc data hygiene reviews across accounts, contacts, opportunities, and contracts.
  • Respond to ad-hoc requests from Sales Operations and Revenue Operations leadership and assist with process documentation.
  • Assist with partnership intake, contracting logistics, and maintaining accurate Salesforce partner records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, or a similar commercial operations role.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort managing high-volume, transactional work.
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills, especially when working cross-functionally.
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and basic reporting.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting a deal desk or contracting workflow.
  • Familiarity with post-sale change management processes.
  • Salesforce Admin experience or certification.
  • Prior experience supporting sales teams directly.
  • Exposure to financial services, fintech, or private markets.
  • Experience with data cleanup, enrichment, or CRM governance initiatives.
