What you will do
- Act as a trusted advisor to Partnerships leadership and translate high-level ecosystem and revenue strategy into operational plans.
- Design, refine, and scale partnership go-to-market models, evaluating performance and recommending improvements.
- Lead cross-functional projects, leveraging industry best practices in sales forecasting and Salesforce enhancements.
- Build and run the Partnerships business engine, including forecasting processes, QBRs, and performance scorecards.
- Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to track partner performance and translate data into actionable insights.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI to enhance processes and automate workflows.
Requirements
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Partnerships Strategy & Operations, Management Consulting, or Corporate Strategy.
- Advanced Salesforce expertise, including reporting, dashboards, and data integrity.
- Exceptional analytical and data modeling skills, with expertise in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple projects from scope to delivery.
- Partnerships expertise: Familiarity with partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue models.
Nice to have
- Experience with Tableau, Gong, Outreach, SQL.
- Experience with working closely with Enterprise Sales Operations.
- Experience leveraging AI to enhance reporting, analysis, or workflow automation.
