TL;DR

Location: On-site in Dublin, Ireland (five days per week)

What you will do

  • Proactively engage with clients to understand evolving needs and business objectives, providing pre-emptive solutions.
  • Partner with customers to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, leveraging additional features or services.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and align strategies for mutual success.
  • Monitor usage metrics, address adoption hurdles, and execute sales strategies effectively.
  • Educate customers on new features, updates, and best practices, providing personalized sessions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to address customer needs and influence continuous improvements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in sales (preferably in the UK/I market).
  • Exceptional inside sales experience in a metrics-driven, fast-paced sales environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Motivated, coachable, competitive, and resilient achiever.
  • Energetic team player with exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Exposure to CRM applications like Salesforce for managing leads, opportunities, and accounts.
  • This role requires full-time, on-site attendance (five days per week) in Dublin, Ireland.
