TL;DR

SMB Account Executive (Software): Driving hirify.global's growth by establishing relationships with prospective SMB clients across EMEA and APAC and handling the full sales cycle. Focus on building value in competitive situations, leveraging deep product and technical knowledge, and developing scalable strategies for new business acquisition.

Location: Hybrid schedule, with on-site work at the Dublin, Ireland office Wednesday and Thursday and remote flexibility on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays.

What you will do

  • Implement internal sales methodology and develop multi-level customer relationships.
  • Build quarterly victory plans and deliver product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Prospect to build a strong pipeline and close new business consistently at or above quota.
  • Develop a strategic territory plan and share hirify.global's solution value.
  • Implement social selling tactics and proactively manage territory activity in CRM.
  • Handle inbound leads using MEDDPICC Value selling techniques.

Requirements

  • Hybrid Work Model: Must be able to work on-site in Dublin, Ireland on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
  • 1+ year relevant job experience in sales, business development, or account management within technology or software.
  • Proven track record of outstanding sales success, including full sales cycle closing experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Affinity for technology and ability to forecast accurately.
  • Understanding of solution sales cycle and ability to lead value-based selling.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools preferred.
  • Understanding and experience in selling to Learning & Development, IT, and Creative decision-makers preferred.
