What you will do

• Contact leads by phone with the objective of booking online software demos.
• Liaise actively with prospects, fact-finding key data, and act as the initial point of contact.
• Maintain a high level of client service and client relationships, ensuring premium customer satisfaction.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Keep up-to-date records through the CRM system.
• Take and process orders accurately, maintaining a basic understanding of the software.

Requirements

• Excellent work ethic and a strong desire to pursue a successful career in sales.
• A third level qualification, ideally in Sales or Business, would be a distinct advantage.
• Possess a positive, can-do attitude.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone and presentation abilities.
