What you will do
- Lead a dedicated customer set in the SMB space, managing the full sales cycle and customer responsibility.
- Own the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business and existing account growth.
- Utilize solution selling expertise to efficiently respond to customer needs and identify business potential for strategic partnerships.
- Strengthen client relationships through regular engagement and face-to-face meetings.
- Prioritise and lead industry events and user groups to generate market interest.
- Work in partnership with Business Developers, Pre-sales, and Marketers for all sales leads and opportunities.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in quota-carrying, technology solution-based direct sales experience.
- Ability to create territory and account plans to achieve sales objectives by identifying and qualifying prospects.
- Experience in uncovering prospect's current processes, business challenges, and strategic goals.
- Proficiency in identifying compelling value propositions that address customer needs.
- Effective customer communication skills (writing, speech, presentation) using various tools.
- English: Fluent required
- German: Fluent required
