What you will do
- Manage business and grow Net Revenue Retention (NRR) by overseeing renewals and upsells.
- Engage in C-level discussions with customers to strategize platform usage.
- Demonstrate measurable ROI on clients’ investment by hosting quarterly business reviews.
- Proactively understand client businesses to provide competitive insights and trends.
- Collaborate with global product, engineering, and technical teams to improve product offerings.
- Identify product penetration, renewal, and upsell opportunities within the managed customer base.
Requirements
- Ability to drive revenue growth (upsell/expand) and build long-term client relationships.
- Required knowledge of the mobile, PC, or console gaming ecosystem.
- Experience in SaaS sales as an Account Executive or Account Manager.
- Genuine passion for the gaming industry.
- Strong understanding of the SaaS industry and digital ecosystem.
- Ability to present complex data solutions clearly to various audiences.
- Must be an inherently proactive individual who takes full ownership of their portfolio.
