What you will do

  • Manage business and grow Net Revenue Retention (NRR) by overseeing renewals and upsells.
  • Engage in C-level discussions with customers to strategize platform usage.
  • Demonstrate measurable ROI on clients’ investment by hosting quarterly business reviews.
  • Proactively understand client businesses to provide competitive insights and trends.
  • Collaborate with global product, engineering, and technical teams to improve product offerings.
  • Identify product penetration, renewal, and upsell opportunities within the managed customer base.

Requirements

  • Ability to drive revenue growth (upsell/expand) and build long-term client relationships.
  • Required knowledge of the mobile, PC, or console gaming ecosystem.
  • Experience in SaaS sales as an Account Executive or Account Manager.
  • Genuine passion for the gaming industry.
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS industry and digital ecosystem.
  • Ability to present complex data solutions clearly to various audiences.
  • Must be an inherently proactive individual who takes full ownership of their portfolio.
