What you will do

• Lead technical discovery with customer IT and operations teams to map workflows and constraints.
• Design solution architectures including API endpoints, payloads, authentication, and webhooks.
• Build technical demos, POCs, and prototypes using realistic customer data and scripts.
• Develop and test AI prompts, agents, and tool calls to ensure reliable customer workflows.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to report bugs and define technical requirements.
• Create reusable tooling, scripts, and playbooks to accelerate the sales cycle.

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of experience in solutions engineering, presales, or technical GTM.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, designing prompts, and building agents.
• Ability to write scripts, transform data, and debug API integrations independently.
• Fluency in system architecture and integration patterns (REST, JSON, Webhooks).
• Experience running POCs with clear success criteria in complex enterprise environments.
• Must be based in the US.

Nice to have

• 2+ years specifically in sales or growth engineering.
• Experience shipping AI-native features into production.
• Background in logistics, delivery, or supply chain.
