What you will do

• Draft and manage statements of work (SOWs) for client customizations and change orders.
• Partner with sales and post-sales teams to scope custom engagements and define deliverables.
• Plan, coordinate, and drive large project delivery for global key accounts using in-house or outsourced contractors and ISVs.
• Build and maintain a vetted network of specialized contractors for fintech implementations, including sourcing, screening, onboarding, and negotiating rates.
• Oversee project execution to ensure on-time, on-budget, and on-quality delivery, serving as an escalation point.
• Manage end-to-end billing processes, project budgets, track margins, and ensure accurate revenue recognition.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Professional Services or Product.
• 3–5+ years hiring and leading teams in high-growth environments.
• Deep domain expertise in payments, fintech, fraud, AML/KYC, or compliance.
• Demonstrated experience in project scoping and financial operations, including the creation of SOWs, MSAs, and managing project profitability.
• Technical fluency to oversee frontend, backend, and SQL-heavy projects is mandatory.
• Superior critical thinking skills and the ability to source and embed external expertise.
