Location: Remote from the U.S. or Canada, or hybrid/onsite in Chicago, US

What you will do

  • Manage a dedicated book of customers, focusing on revenue growth and platform usage expansion.
  • Establish best practices and strategies to increase client spend and platform adoption through education and proactive outreach.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Support teams to resolve issues and enhance client value.
  • Provide business insights via Partner Reviews and reports to drive revenue and client KPIs.
  • Maintain client health tracking, usage metrics, and engagement documentation.
  • Customize training, guide campaign setup, and recommend optimizations to help clients achieve their goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in advertising technology or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years sales experience in either direct sales, sales training, or account management.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a DSP/programmatic environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, people, and time management skills.
  • Ability to learn complex software applications and adapt quickly to a changing technology environment.
  • Ability to travel (including some day and overnight trips).

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Experience or certification with Basis & Basis Certified.
