What you will do
- Lead diverse technology projects and a team of developers to create cloud-based solutions.
- Drive technical direction, engineering excellence, and team evolution.
- Collaborate with product managers and make decisions on system design, architecture, and delivery.
- Coach and mentor the team, fostering career growth and agile development.
- Continuously improve operations, processes, and technology choices.
- Participate in the team's YBIYRI model, including on-call pager rotation.
Requirements
- Leadership foresight and highly skilled in people management, team building, and talent attraction.
- Strong aptitude with software development lifecycle, engineering excellence processes, and Agile methodologies.
- Deep software engineering experience in complex distributed systems.
- Strong technical skill with a hands-on approach to code details.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and influencing skills.
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft languages/frameworks (C#/.NET, SQL Server, Entity Framework) are ideal.

- Expertise with Azure (Function Apps, Service Bus, etc...).
