What you will do

• Lead, manage, and mentor software engineering teams, including the management of people leaders.
• Partner with architects and product owners to drive the implementation of new applications and middleware platforms.
• Foster a culture of continuous delivery and full lifecycle ownership of delivered applications.
• Manage third-party staff augmentation firms, overseeing budgets, timelines, and skillsets.
• Define and evangelize enterprise policies, standards, and technical position statements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement automation opportunities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the software development field.
• 5-7 years of experience leading projects or initiatives through influence.
• Proficiency across the web stack with a background in .Net or Java.
• Expertise in Microservices, Event-driven architecture, and public cloud (Azure or AWS).
• Experience with Docker, Jenkins, and GitHub tools.
• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent work experience.
