Location: Limassol, Cyprus (hybrid)

Our client is looking for a strong engineering leader to take ownership of development of the fintech product across multiple teams and drive predictable, scalable delivery.

This is a great opportunity for someone with:
✔ experience managing backend, frontend & QA teams in a product company
✔ strong hands-on technical background
✔ B2B SaaS / fintech / complex integrations experience
✔ solid understanding of Agile delivery, planning & engineering efficiency
✔ passion for building reliable processes and mentoring Team Leads

You’ll be responsible for engineering execution, roadmap delivery, capacity planning, technical quality, and continuous team improvement.
