What you will do
- Oversee design and management of sales enablement programs to empower sellers.
- Champion continuous learning and innovation, aligning global GTM strategy with regional priorities.
- Co-lead Spark Academy, hirify.global’s unified Sales Academy, curating seller content.
- Strategically partner with regional Sales leaders, gathering feedback and prioritizing needs.
- Deploy and scale "The hirify.global Way of Selling" consultative training program globally.
- Shape the vision of AI-powered seller coaching tools and collaborate on the first AI Sales Coaching agent.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Sales, Sales Enablement, or client-facing roles, with a track record of improving seller effectiveness.
- Demonstrated expertise in consultative selling methodologies (e.g., Richardson-style programs).
- Ability to design and run learning journeys, including onboarding, methodology adoption, and ongoing reinforcement.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling effective collaboration across functions and regions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across regions, thriving in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with experience monitoring KPIs such as program adoption and seller productivity.
