What you will do
- Service and grow the fastest-growing customers in the EMEA region, with a focus on Southern Europe.
- Increase revenue and gross profit share within your key accounts.
- Drive the sale of hirify.global's products and services, including voice, messaging, email, contact center, and account security software.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and build trust with technical and business audiences.
- Create pricing proposals, negotiate terms, and manage the contract process.
- Balance challenging priorities and handle multiple projects/deals simultaneously.
Requirements
- 6+ years of Account Management/Sales experience covering selling and closing complex technical solutions to a large customer base.
- Proven history of working with accounts ranging from large multinational enterprise customers to SMB.
- Consistent track record of achieving sales quota.
- Solid understanding of how to cross-sell and up-sell solutions within a mature customer base.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting within a direct customer base (Revenue and Gross Profit tracking, Risk and Opportunity cadence).
Nice to have
- Experience selling to both a business and technical audience.
- Experience and understanding of working in the communications market (e.g., Messaging, Voice Calling, Email, Account Security Verification).
