What you will do
- Develop media strategies across display and online video to drive measurable customer acquisition and efficient growth.
- Manage end-to-end buying on key platforms such as Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, GDN, and DV360.
- Own programmatic display activation and optimization, including prospecting, retargeting, and audience expansion.
- Monitor daily budgets and conduct real-time optimizations across bidding, audiences, creative, and placements.
- Run a structured creative testing engine, documenting learnings and making scale or stop decisions.
- Partner with CRO, Sites, Analytics, Marketing Ops, Growth Marketing, Creative, Brand, and Product Marketing teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
- 5 to 8+ years hands-on online video and display/programmatic buying experience with acquisition accountability.
- Deep Meta expertise; strong working knowledge of YouTube, OLV, TikTok, and programmatic display buying and optimization (DV360 and/or GDN).
- Strong analytical capability with high proficiency in performance dashboards, attribution concepts, and campaign-level diagnostics.
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management, able to operate effectively in a matrixed environment.
- Must be eligible to work in the USA.
Nice to have
- SaaS or subscription-based experience, ideally with SMB audiences.
- Knowledge of incrementality testing and measurement approaches such as MMM or MTA.
- Experience with ad verification, brand safety, and performance measurement tooling.
