What you will do

• Develop global social media strategies for paid (Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Reddit) and owned channels to drive effectiveness and demand.
• Plan, execute, and report on global social media campaigns, ensuring clear performance tracking and actionable insights.
• Drive campaign optimization by testing new techniques, analyzing performance data, and shifting resources to top-performing tactics.
• Partner with Integrated Marketing, Marketing Communications, and agencies to develop engaging, digitally optimized creative.
• Leverage social listening and user-behavior insights for strategy development.
• Execute AI-first marketing workflows to streamline planning, improve content quality, and enhance forecasting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience, OR a High School Diploma/GED with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of Marketing, Brand, and/or Agency experience.
• 2+ years of social media community engagement experience, including 1+ year of social media advertising experience.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to deliver accurate reporting and translate data into optimization actions.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building skills.
• Strong project management capability, including managing timelines, budgets, resources, and multiple priorities.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for employment visa status.
