What you will do

• Lead and grow a team of 5+ engineers across Infrastructure, DevOps, and SRE.
• Own the roadmap for infrastructure reliability, developer experience, and AI enablement.
• Drive the evolution of hirify.global's architecture towards modular, service-oriented systems.
• Champion a culture of platform thinking, technical rigor, and responsible AI adoption.
• Architect and deliver infrastructure foundations to support multi-product expansion and user growth.
• Accelerate developer velocity by shipping platform capabilities like ephemeral environments and streamlined CI/CD.

Requirements

• 2+ years leading infrastructure or platform engineering teams.
• 6+ years of hands-on infrastructure and platform engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred, or AWS/Azure).
• Experience with observability (Datadog, Sentry), CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
• Experience building or scaling shared platform services (authentication, internal APIs).
• Understanding of enterprise-grade security, governance, and compliance requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience in crypto, fintech, or systems where data accuracy and uptime directly affect users' financial well-being.
