Salary: $140,000–$215,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead and develop a distributed team of DevOps engineers focused on mission-critical CICD automation.
• Align, guide, and empower engineers to automate and manage critical processes, and optimize CICD tools usage.
• Investigate and evaluate next-generation technologies to inform future roadmap goals.
• Drive continuous improvement in software delivery processes and automation.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a build engineer or software engineer.
• 3+ years of engineering management experience in a large-scale environment.
• Experience leading distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• Expertise with various operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) at scale.
• Experience with CICD automation tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Kubernetes, Docker).
• Proficiency in scripting/programming languages (Python, Go, PowerShell).
• Must periodically undergo and pass additional background and fingerprint check(s) consistent with government customer requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience designing/implementing end-to-end workflows for software development lifecycle.
• Background in cybersecurity or security-focused software delivery.
• Experience optimizing CICD processes for large, scaling organizations.
