Salary: $144,000–$216,000

What you will do

• Design and architect scalable, resilient platform services and contribute production code to critical components.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 5-8 engineers, conducting 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development conversations.
• Conduct code reviews, establish engineering best practices, and make key technical decisions.
• Lead technical initiatives, drive platform modernization efforts, and participate in on-call rotation.
• Recruit, interview, and hire top engineering talent, championing continuous learning.
• Partner with Product and Design to define technical roadmaps and communicate technical vision to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with modern tech stacks.
• 2+ years of engineering management experience leading high-performing teams.
• Strong hands-on coding skills (Python, Java, Go, or similar).
• Deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Proven track record building scalable distributed systems and experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Background in FinTech or SaaS companies.
• Familiarity with data pipelines and processing frameworks.
• Experience with monitoring, observability, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with AI technologies such as langgraph, langchain, mcp.
