What you will do
- Prospect and manage leads to build a 3-5X pipeline within your territory.
- Close business with companies ranging from 51 to 1000 employees.
- Manage and report sales pipeline within CRM, ensuring accurate quarterly revenue visibility.
- Recruit and onboard new partners, engaging them in proactive demand generation activities.
- Maintain regional partner plans and track lead flow between partners and the hirify.global Sales team.
- Work closely with marketing to deliver events/programs/campaigns and build joint partner business plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 4-8 years of outside high-tech IT sales experience.
- Proven track-record of driving continued partner growth and revenue.
- Knowledge and strong relationships with SMB and SME focused resellers and MSP partners within a multistate region.
- Proficient user of CRM tools, Gsuite, and MS Office tools.
- Fluent in both German and English.
- Must be based in the EMEA region.
