Integrated Marketing Manager (Ecommerce): Driving adoption, engagement, and growth for a B2B wholesale commerce platform with an accent on full-funnel marketing strategies, retailer participation, and brand visibility. Focus on developing annual and quarterly marketing roadmaps, leveraging marketing automation, and analyzing campaign performance to refine strategies.

Location: Remote (Ontario, Canada). Compensation is for candidates hired to perform work within Ontario.

Salary: $90,000–$105,000 CAD

What you will do

  • Own annual and quarterly marketing roadmaps to support growth in brand and retailer acquisition and adoption.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Lead the development of acquisition and lifecycle content across various channels.
  • Conduct brand and retailer interviews, sourcing content for an ongoing editorial calendar.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools and technology platforms to streamline campaign execution and track performance.
  • Analyze campaign performance and customer insights to identify trends and optimization opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in Demand Generation, Brand, or Customer Journey Marketing.
  • Expertise in leveraging marketing tools to generate, capture, nurture, track, and report on leads, conversions, and ROI.
  • Fluency in English as a working language is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualifications.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in Wholesale, Retail, Fashion, B2B, or eCommerce.
  • Proven background in marketing planning and forecasting.
  • Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce.
