What you will do

• Translate product marketing strategies into integrated CRM and media campaigns for B2B and B2C audiences.
• Define channel mix strategy and success metrics in partnership with analytics and Product Marketing teams.
• Act as a strategic partner to Product Marketing, guiding campaign planning, media activation, and CRM design.
• Support the development and optimization of lifecycle marketing programs across Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Manage agency partners to deliver efficient paid media performance across various digital channels.
• Champion the use of AI, automation, and advanced Mar-tech tools, developing toolkits and training.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in digital marketing with deep expertise in CRM, paid media, and marketing technology.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional marketing programs in complex, matrixed environments.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or an equivalent CRM platform.
• Proven success managing media agency relationships and digital performance campaigns.
• Knowledge of AI and marketing automation tools and their practical application.
• Experience in payments, financial services, fintech, or regulated industries is a strong asset.
• Eligibility to work for hirify.global in Canada in a full-time capacity.
