What you will do
- Translate product marketing strategies into integrated CRM and paid media campaigns for B2B/B2C acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Define channel mix strategy, success metrics, and act as a strategic partner to Product Marketing, guiding campaign planning and design.
- Lead CRM & lifecycle marketing programs on platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, optimizing segmentation, personalization, and trigger logic.
- Oversee paid media agency relationships, driving performance and innovation across digital channels including search, social, and programmatic.
- Champion and integrate AI, automation, and advanced Mar-tech tools across campaigns, developing best practices and training for the team.
Requirements
- 10+ years of digital marketing experience with deep expertise in CRM, paid media, and marketing technology.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional marketing programs in complex, matrixed environments.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or an equivalent CRM platform.
- Track record of managing media agency relationships and digital performance campaigns.
- Strong strategic mindset combined with robust executional discipline.
- Eligibility to work for hirify.global Corp. in Canada in a full-time capacity.
