What you will do
- Partner with Product Managers to define and evolve hirify.global’s cross-product integration strategy in Epic and other EHRs.
- Guide the design of end-to-end workflows into and out of EHR systems, ensuring intuitive and complete integrations for clinicians.
- Serve as the escalation point for complex EHR workflow questions and integration-dependent product decisions.
- Support Product Managers and Engineering by evaluating EHR APIs and integration mechanisms, advising on feasibility and optimal pathways.
- Act as a connective tissue across Strategic Partnerships, Product, Engineering, Partner Experience, and Implementation teams.
- Bring structure and shared context to fragmented integration workstreams, improving velocity and consistency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working with or within EHR ecosystems (Epic, Oracle/Cerner, athenahealth, or MEDITECH) in integrations, workflows, or technical enablement.
- Strong understanding of EHR workflows, interoperability patterns, APIs, and implementation constraints in real-world health system environments.
- Ability to influence without direct authority and partner closely with Product and Engineering teams.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and acting as a centralized expert across multiple parallel workstreams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical and workflow considerations into clear guidance for diverse stakeholders.
- Highly organized, proactive, and motivated by enabling speed, quality, and trust at scale.
